Caterers

We know everyone has a certain taste/idea for what they want on their special day. That's why we allow all licensed caterers!

We have a preferred vendors list- if needed, once you book we can send this out to make the deciding easy! All these vendors have been wonderful to work with and have also been on site.

 

We also offer catering through Rodeo City Bar-B-Q. Our prices will be a reflection of current food costs.

Menu Options :

Texas-style pit smoked bar-b-q, homemade sides and bread.

• Ranch Style Dinner: Two meat choices, three side orders, rolls and cornbread muffins
• Smoked Bar-B-Q Sandwiches: Pulled Pork and Bar-b-q sauce, two side orders

• Meat Choices: Tri-Tip, Brisket, Pork Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork
• Side Orders: Caesar Salad, Fresh Vegetables, Baked Beans, Macaroni & Cheese, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Coleslaw, Garlic Mashed potatoes, Green Beans,  Fresh Fruit
